Terms and Conditions for Text Messages from BioLife Plasma Services (“BioLife”)
Users who indicate receipt of notifications to “text” as a preference will opt-in for receipt of text notifications (SMS) straight to the phone number provided, which is the subscriber’s mobile phone.
Message and data rates may apply for any text messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile phone provider.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of donating.
Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Supported Carriers
Users will receive a notification directly to their phone via SMS message, more commonly referred to as a text message, from the following carriers:
Alltel, Appalachian Wireless, AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cellcom, Cellular South, Centennial Wireless, Cincinnati Bell, GCI, Immix Wireless, Inland Cellular, IV Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, nTelos, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, United Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA, and West Central Wireless.
Please Note: T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost
There are no premium charges for BioLife text notifications; however, message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
If you opt-in to receive text notifications from BioLife, you will receive one (1) text message per account update. Text notifications will direct you to your BioLife account for detail. BioLife also provides notifications to your account. You will receive messages based on the preferences you select.
How to opt-in to our service
To opt-in to marketing text message notifications, you may go to the Preferences section within your BioLife account and modify your settings or simply text ENROLL to 30295.
To opt-in to reminder text message notifications, you may go to the Preferences section within your BioLife account and modify your settings or simply text BIOREMIND to 30295.
How to opt-out of our service
To opt-out of text message notifications, you may go to the Preferences section within your BioLife account and modify your settings or simply text STOP to 30295.
An unsubscribe message will be sent to your mobile number confirming the cancellation, but no subsequent messages will be sent.

Privacy Notice regarding Text Notifications
BioLife prioritizes the privacy of our users. The following is provided to address any concerns you may have.

BioLife will never sell or distribute your mobile phone number to third parties for whom you have not approved.

BioLife will never directly market to you any services for which you have not opted in, either by mobile phone, text message, email, or BioLife account preferences.

BioLife will never share any personal information about you, including your phone number, name, billing information or any other piece of identifying information.
