Go to or call your BioLife home center to inform them that you are moving or have an address change and would like to transfer to a new BioLife home center!

Switch home centers

The BioLife center will work to switch your home center to your new desired location.

The center will notify you when the transfer has been completed. You can also watch for your home center to be updated in your account.
