What is My BioLife Rewards?
My BioLife Rewards is a loyalty program created to honor donors like you with rewards and recognition you deserve — above and beyond your standard donation compensation.

Is it free to join the My BioLife Rewards program?
Yes! The program is free to join. Join today. 

What are my benefits as a My BioLife Rewards member?
As a member of this program, you can earn points for donations, referrals, and more. You can then redeem points for gift cards to 300+ vendors, donations to charities, or additional money on your BioLife debit card. Rewards points are a way to recognize and reward donors who make a vital contribution to the development of lifesaving treatments for patients with rare diseases.  

Who can join My BioLife Rewards?
My BioLife Rewards is open to anyone over the age of 18.
                            
How do I join?
Joining the My BioLife Rewards program couldn’t be easier. Simply review and agree to our Terms and Conditions and you’re in! Join today. 

Does this replace my regular donor compensation?
No. Points you earn and redeem for rewards are in addition to any other standard donor compensation you may receive.

What are achievement badges and how do I earn them?
Achievement badges are a fun way to track your progress through the My BioLife Rewards program – and a great opportunity for us to recognize you! Badges are awarded for activities like making your first donation as a loyalty member, referring your first friend or family member to donate plasma at BioLife, or donating for three consecutive months.

Can I combine two accounts together?
No. Each donor may have only one My BioLife Rewards account.

Earning Points

How can I earn points?
You can earn points by donating plasma, referring a family member or friend who donates plasma at BioLife, and achieving certain milestones like completing seven donations in a calendar month or donating for three consecutive months. Points will begin accumulating after your first successful donation is complete. You can find all the ways to earn points here.

Can I earn points for two different earn activities in one day?
Yes! There is no limit to the number of points you can earn in one day by completing eligible earn activities. (For example, you can receive points for your Monthly Milestone and complete your plasma donation in one day and earn points for each activity.)

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! You can refer as many people to donate plasma at BioLife as you want. You will earn points for each person you refer after they complete their second plasma donation.

Is there a limit to how many plasma donations I can complete?
Yes. The maximum number of donations a person can complete within four consecutive weeks is eight.

How do I check my points balance?
You can check your My BioLife Rewards point balance any time by logging into your account and viewing your Loyalty dashboard or visiting the Rewards page.

Do I still earn points if I check in at the center but am unable to complete my donation? 
It depends on the reason you are unable to complete your donation. If you receive compensation during your visit, you will also earn points in the My BioLife Rewards program. If you do not receive compensation during your visit, you will not receive points in the My BioLife Rewards program.

Do I earn points on my birthday?
Yes! We love to celebrate our donors on their special day. As a My BioLife Rewards member, points will automatically be added to your Loyalty account the day after your birthday.

Can I earn points for past donations?
You can only earn points for donations completed after joining the My BioLife Rewards program. For example, if you complete a donation after joining the BioLife Rewards program, but you scheduled the appointment prior to joining, you will still earn points for the completed donation.

Do my points expire?
Yes. Points must be redeemed within 12 months of when they are earned. For example, 100 points earned on January 1, 2023 must be redeemed before January 31, 2024. Please note, you also need to complete at least one earn or redeem activity every six months to keep points from expiring.

How many points can I have?
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.

Can I give my points to another My BioLife Rewards member?
You cannot give your points to another My BioLife Rewards member. 

If I go inactive for six months, or opt out and then rejoin, will my points still be there?
No. If you opt out of the My BioLife Rewards program, you will lose all your points and your activity history will be removed. If you rejoin the program, you will start as a new member with a zero balance and no activity history. If you do not complete an earn or redeem activity for six months, your full point balance will expire.

What if I don’t see points show up after completing an activity?
Points you earn from eligible earn activities will automatically be added to your account and appear on your Loyalty dashboard within 24 hours of completing the earn activity. Redeeming Points

How can I redeem points?
As you earn Loyalty points, you can choose when and how you redeem. You can save your points for a larger reward, or you can redeem them as they are earned. Points can be redeemed for gift cards to 300+ vendors, donations to charities, or additional funds on your BioLife debit card. Redeem your points. 

Can I redeem points for more than one reward per day?
Yes! You can redeem your points for the rewards of your choice as long as you have enough points available in your point balance to redeem the reward.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can receive?
No! There is no limit to the number of rewards you can receive.

How do I receive my rewards?
If you select additional funds to your BioLife debit card, those funds will become available within 24 hours on your existing BioLife debit card. If you select a gift card or a charitable donation, our rewards partner, Prezzee, will send an email to your email address on file with instructions on how to redeem your funds.

Can I give my rewards to someone else?
Sure! When you redeem points for a gift card or charitable donation, you can choose to forward your electronic gift card email to any one of your choosing. 

I selected the wrong item on the Rewards page. Can I get my points back?
Unfortunately, no. Once the transaction is processed, it cannot be undone.

I didn’t receive the email with my reward information. What do I do now?
